• Explain any and all work/resolutions you ask us to perform.
• Make nightly backups of your account.
• If you we don't have a feature you are looking for, let us know and we'll install it!

If, for some reason, you aren't satisfied with ZoPi Web Hosting's service, we will give you your money back (Please view TOS for more information).

If your uptime does not meet or exceed our 99.8% SLA, we will give you credit towards your next month's hosting bill. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, ugrades and situations beyond our control do not qualify. Please contact us for details regarding our SLA.
